I allow changes when I send progress updates, I will not change anything after you have received the finished piece UNLESS you notice a mistake! (Ex. The character I drew is missing a pattern/marking)

Turn around time can vary, I am a college student and work 1-2 jobs (I can give you an estimate on how long your commission will take if you ask!)
